Construction is nearly completed for Stage 8. Once completed it will be lodged with the council for compliance, then the Stage can go to the title’s office for registration.

Stage 7 – Allotments in Stage 7A, 7B & 7C are titled and have all settled.

Stage 8 – The roadworks off the Murray Valley Highway for the entrance to Stage 8 is nearing completion and construction of Stage 8 is about to commence.  Estimated time-frame for Stage 8 titles is July 2024.

In October 2022, the Murray River in Echuca Moama reached a height that exceeded the 1993 major flood level. Riverside caravan and holiday parks were effected, however the Echuca Moama community were very lucky to escape the floods with only a small percentage of homes and properties inundated with flood water.
